Previous years ZIMS participants were situated in Zagreb hostels and student dorms.
This year we are giving the same opportunities plus a possibilty for accommodation in one nice Zagreb hotel. Overall (as you maybe read in our FAQ section), there are 3 types of accommodation (students dorm, hostels and hotel)
Below you can find a few facts about hostels and dorm, where participants usually stay.
STUDENT'S DORM „CVJETNO NASELJE“

The dorm is devided in eight buildings, but all the participants are situated in one building. The rooms are for two persons and they have bathrooms.
In dormitory complex there is a little park, studets caffeteria, post office, doctors office, etc. In the vicinity there are a lot of caffe bars, restaurants, shops etc.
Dormitory is near one of Zagreb main roads and just a few steps away from tram station.
FULIR HOSTEL
Radićeva 3A, 10 000 Zagreb

Hostel is stuated in the centre of the city, just 50m form the Zagreb main square. All the most famours monuments and top sigts are just a step away.
There is place for 16 persons in two bedroms. There are two bathrooms, kitchen, internet room and TV hall. Linen is free.

FUNK HOSTEL

Opened in June 2009., this completely new hostel has 32 beds. It is organized in rooms for 4 and for 6 people. It has shared bathrooms on every floor plus shared kitchen. In the lobby you can hang out in a cafe bar or relax in the lounge room situated in the basement.
Hostel provides free lockers and locks under every bed, free towels and linen, free Wi-fi, security lockers, washing machine/dryer, 24 hours reception service and luggage storage.
It is located in the vicinity of the student dorm "Cvjetno naselje" and just 50 meters from the tram station. On that tram station you can catch a tram that takes you directly to the venue of ZIMS 10 (cca 20 min with tram No 5)!

HOBO BEAR HOSTEL

A modern, laid back hostel ideally located in the historical center of Zagreb, within the walking distance of all the major turistic attractions, shopping streets and cafe bars.
It offers free Wi-fi, free linen and blankets, free lockers, common room, towels and hairdryer for free, library, kitchen, cable TV, free daytime lugagge storage.
Rooms are 1/4, 1/8 and 1/12.
Price- 18-19 € per night.
RAVNICE YOUTH HOSTEL

The Hostel is in vicinity of Zagreb Soccer Stadium, and park and Zoo Maksimir. It has 30 beds, in room for 2,4,6 and 10 person. The bathrooms are shared. Hostel has it's own parking lot, big garden, kitchen, living room, ping-pong rooms and rent-a-bike. Internet and laundry are also available. In the vicinity you can find ATMs, shops, restaurant Opera, sports and recreation centre, pharmacy etc.
Price - around 20 € per night
